Beautiful apartment with garden and parking

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the motorway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

My modest and welcoming home, which I share, offers travelers the means to relax, eat and above all rest. The room is large and comfortable with its queen size bed and desk facing the window. The bathroom is nice and functional. The living room and kitchen are also at their disposal for quick cooking… the south-facing terrace and garden offer them the opportunity to eat outside or sunbathe on the terrace. Finally, all the ingredients are there for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Renovated house with lots of charm.

5 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from Lille by car or 5 minutes from the A1 motorway.... but in the countryside!! I propose you a spacious and bright house of 135m² completely renovated with lots of charm in a very quiet street. It is newly and fully equipped (High Speed Wifi). With a capacity of 7 people , it has 3 bedrooms with beds made upon arrival. Sofa bed is convertible. Toilet linen and umbrella bed available. Private parking.

Gîte du Plateau de Féquières (Cherry Tree) Wattignies

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.
