Sauna and outdoor hot tub available. There is a dedicated parking space, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk downhill along a footpath. You can go on many trips in the surrounding area - Vyhlídka Máj, Pikovická jehla, the Slapy reservoir or just a simple walk in the local forest.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building in Sedlec-Prčice, near the Monínec ski resort. It is fully equipped with a kitchenette, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Right in the building it is possible to try 3D printing in the workshop of the owners of the building. Possibility to arrange meals. Parking is possible in a shared garden. Possibility to use part of the garden intended for guests. It is not possible to bring pets to this apartment. From the bedroom there is a view of Prčice Castle.

The detached house is located in a quiet environment by the pond. It is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The building has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house is ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends. There are forests, meadows and a water area nearby. The location is suitable for walking, cycling and relaxation. Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.

With golf courses, hiking/biking routes and a ski slope minutes away, it's a great starting point for an active holiday.
