Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Clean and tidy apartment. Quiet and relaxing space. I'd rent here again.

The true definition of oasis! The tranquility and beauty is stunning and Troy and Katherine are exceptionally kind and helpful - their love of the space radiates! So many thoughtful touches - from kitchen to bathroom to laundry and beyond. Comfortable and private - plus being able to enjoy the gardens, the river, and the hot tub only made this space even more special. So grateful for such an amazing stay in Sedona!

It was a pleasure staying at Huyenchi’s place. The amenities were great , the pool was amazing as well as the location of the apartment. We would rent again on our next visit to Sedona.

The BEST experience I’ve ever had on Airbnb, Linda and Matt were very kind and had lots of great recommendations. The Airbnb itself was spacious, very clean, and overall just very nice. It was the most comfortable stay I’ve ever experienced. The property was also beautiful, with horses that come say hello in the morning :) We’re already planning a trip to come back and stay here again!

Tia’s place is better than the photos. It is a truly incredible space with everything you could need—an extremely well-stocked kitchen with great appliances (KitchenAid, air fryer, slow cooker), and a stunning backyard with amazing private creek access. I spent a long weekend here with my sisters and girlfriends and we didn’t feel much need to leave the property! Don’t hesitate—book it!

Spectacular view. My only regret is we didn’t plan a longer visit. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels Backpacks they provided we were grateful for. The guide book very helpful in home had great information. Hosts great at communication. If could rate higher than five stars I would.

Their home was a home away from home. It was so beautiful and my kids loved playing outside with the little house and sand toys. Definitely will be coming back.

The home was clean, cozy and perfect for 7 of us. The hot tub was amazing after a day at Snowbowl. And, the owners were kind enough to have a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. Overall the house was perfect for us and very close to downtown Flagstaff. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. I appreciated the cleanliness (I am very particular about this) and the amenities provided. Our family consisted of myself, my husband, our three kids ages 12, 10, and 7, and grandparents. Grand Canyon and Sedona are about an hour and fifteen minutes from the house in opposite direction. Groceries and restaurants are conveniently located within 15 minutes. We were initially thinking of staying at Williams but are so glad that we ended up at Flagstaff, esp. at Andrew’s place. We would love to return again!

Larry's house was amazing! Feels like in home. Super clean, amazing surroundings, quiet neighborhood! For sure come back in future!

This was an amazing historic house with great outdoor spaces and a view of the beautiful Mogollon Rim and AZ high country beyond. I couldn't ask for more!

This unit is in a great location near grocery stores and restaurants. Minutes from Bell Rock trailhead. Fully stocked and comfortable. Beds were amazing. They had spices and condiments in fridge which is very helpful. We went for a girls trip and it was just perfect.

Sorry, the cons first. This is a first floor apartment. We could hear everything above us! Foot steps to dripping faucets. Not the owners fault but KNOW this going in. The door to the laundry made walking thru to the bathroom a very tight squeeze. Pros- too many to count. The kitchen was well stocked, adorable furnishings and bed was comfy. we would come back if it was a second floor condo. The upstairs noise was too much for us. The complex was great, heated pool, pickleball. great location to all things Sedona.

We read Robins reviews and they were spot on! Great location outside of downtown Sedona. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Had a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Robin was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Her place is spotless and had all of the extras. The bed was comfy and we liked the set up of the place. The covered parking was right next to the ground floor condo. We would highly recommend Robins place

Great location. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was clean, wifi worked great, TV had streaming services. You could hear the upstairs tenants bouncing around the occasional car pass by but nothing that would stop us from going back. Kitchen had what we needed. Really all about location!

Angel was a great Air BnB host, definitely top tier! He was very responsive & his condo was so cute! It was perfect for our short trip to Sedona. They had coffee pods available which were one of the MANY little touches that made the stay easier. The coffee was perfect for our quick early mornings out the door to be able to make coffee before our daily adventures. The bathroom was BEAUTIFUL with a lot of modern touches to it. Don't hesitate to book with him, you will not be disappointed! Also his Co-Host Nancy was also phenomenal! 💜
