The stork village of Rühstädt in Prignitz invites you to hike, cycle, relax and observe animals. The so-called Kossätenhof is the only listed private building in Rühstädt with a residential building, former stables and a barn. On the barn, 2 pairs of storks with 3 young storks are currently nesting (June 2025)! Places with historic city centers such as Perleberg are easily accessible.

Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Whether for animal and nature lovers, anglers, mushroom collectors or just those seeking peace, this place promises pure relaxation. Dog's are welcome.

After a long walk, you can relax wonderfully in front of the fireplace with a cup of tea.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Switch off and recharge in the middle of nowhere: You don't want to see anything for a few days except meadows and vastness, horizon and tall trees?
