From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors, weekly market). In front of the house is the sandy beach 50 m away. From the living room, from all bedroom balconies and terraces there is a sea view. The living room and 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In the house is a Sebil (for drinking water cooling)

The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .

Yazın yürüme mesafesinde mavi yeşil ödüllü 3adet plajda denizin keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz.
