From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc.). The city of Izmir (40 km) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) or by taxi. The sandy beach is 50 metres away, and there is a chilled drinking water dispenser (Sebil) and 3 air conditioning units in the house.

Located right by the sea, with a peaceful garden and a relaxed atmosphere, it is a 4-minute walk to the beaches and a 10-minute drive to Sığacık, the ancient city of Teos and Teos Marina. Filter and Turkish coffee machines, an air fryer, a KitchenChef and basic kitchen supplies (tea, sugar, salt, etc.) are ready for first use.
