The gite of the trough, for a break

The gite of the auge was converted into an old barn/barn built around 1830. The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its auge, its beams of the forest of Retz and its size stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel. The gite of the trough was designed and arranged to allow everyone to feel like a second " home ". Quiet, aesthetics, attention to detail... ideal for a beautiful experience.

The outdoor area features a large stone patio with a dining table surrounded by eight wooden chairs. A pair of sun loungers is positioned nearby, alongside a smaller table with two chairs. Planters with flowers add color to the space, which is well-lit by sunlight.

Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

The spacious bedroom features a light wooden floor and a calming blue wall. A large bed is positioned centrally, complemented by bedside lamps. A sitting area with a chair and a round mirror enhances the room's functionality. A decorative hanger stands beside potted plants.

Independent and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views for rent from April 1, 2024. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).
