It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Seine and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and resourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes, kayaks, SUPs and other equipment are available.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).
