A l'étage : une chambre avec sa salle de bain et son WC. - Une pièce palière qui donne sur une chambre communicante avec la troisième chambre. La propriété est clôturée. Une piscine privée couverte et chauffée est disponible d' avril à fin octobre inclus.

Après 2 années intenses de travaux, nous y sommes enfin arrivés. Nous avons créé ce cocon d’amour pour vous, pour pouvoir vous ressourcer en couple, ou vous amuser en famille. Cette maison atypique des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. Le logement L'appartement est sur 2 étages avec 2 chambres en enfilade. Idéal pour un couple avec des enfants. L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur menant à une terrasse surplombant le jardin privatif avec vue sur l'Église St Denis. L'appartement possède au 1er étage un séjour spacieux avec un coin repas attenant à la cuisine américaine, un salon équipé d'un poêle à bois, une salle de douche & des toilettes séparées. Un escalier intérieur dessert 2 chambres en enfilade à l'étage.

The cottage is located on the corner of our house on 3 floors. Within a farmhouse in the countryside (5-hectare property). House having gone through several centuries, work of our ancestors preserved, which we try to preserve as best we can by renovating it. You can sunbathe in the garden, see and feed the animals, walk around the ponds, your children can have fun in the playground. Finally, from the cottage, you are a 20-minute drive to the sea.
