Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Experience our unique cottage on a 3000m² undisturbed natural plot surrounded by majestic trees. The large terrace offers breathtaking views and doubles the house's living area throughout the summer. Here you will only be visited by deer, squirrels and pheasants. The cottage is located 1 km from Gudmindrup Strand with dunes and gardens. The house, built in 1962, has only had two owners. Attention has been paid to details and decor with respect for the original building style.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Our spacious cottage has room for the whole family and with a large terrace that invites you to relax, this house is the perfect place for your next vacation. The area offers plenty of experiences. You can enjoy a delicious lunch at Havnebyen's Kaffebar, visit Ørnberg Vin, or try your hand at Sommeland Sjælland's many attractions. And don't forget to visit the local flea markets in Vig and Rørvig - here you can find everything from antiques to fun souvenirs.
