Relax with the whole family in this beautiful cottage at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms. Two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk bed, as well as an annex with sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. It has a dishwasher, BBQ, washing machine & coffee machine. The wellness shower, sauna and fire place provide some “hygge”. Heating in all rooms from an air-to-water heat pump. The solar panels on the roof provide green electrons. The fiber internet perfect for home-office. Large, sunny terrace, partly covered - A table-tennis set is available.

På Sjællands Odde, omgivet af havet fra både syd og nord, ligger dette sommerhus og oser af 70'er-stemning med træbeklædte vægge i fyrretræ. Den stilfulde indretning med loppefund blandet med en nordisk æstetik sætter rammen for dejlige stunder i familiens eller venners lag. Hele sommeren er der rig mulighed for at flytte livet ud i haven. Her kan I tage karbad midt på terrassen, og der er fri leg blandt rutsjebane, sandkasse og havens mange hemmelige kroge.

Colourful house on a small island near CPH

Our lovely summerhouse from 1972 is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a colorful mix of the 1970s and modern living. During summertime you can use our terrasses, trampoline, bonfire etc in our big and private garden. If you are lucky you can watch deer ,squirrels, pheasants and sometimes even owls.
