Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Selçuk

Eleni”s Blue Aegean Seaview was one of the nicest apartments we have stayed. Full kitchen with nice table/chairs and living room was nice. We had two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Wonderful balcony and patio.

This place was amazing. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature, no other cottage around. There is beautiful view . It is close to public beach. Highly recommended!!!

The hosts were very welcoming, friendly, well communicated and thoughtful people. The house was spotless, sparkling clean. The items were a brand new, very tastefully furnished house. Every detail was considered for us to have a nice vacation. When we entered the house, we were greeted by a wine on the table. There were ingredients, fruit in the fridge so we could have breakfast. They responded to our questions very quickly, helping with everything from what to do in Samosta, to the suggestions of the place. If we came back, we had a home that we would stay in without a second thought:)

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

Villa Ismini was great! We stayed here as a 4p-family and could not feel more like home. It is exactly like the pictures and description, if not even better. Full of antique and beautiful furniture, as well as an amazing backyard with shade & terrace under sunlight with a sea view. Kitchen was equiped with everything we need and there are 3 fridges for cold water that can be reached easily from every room in the house! We got our keys along with a detailed Samos advices. Just couple of minutes walking and you can dive into clear water. Everything was more than perfect, our hearts stayed in Samos... On top of all these, I have been all over Europe, staying at airbnb houses and have not encountered anything even remotely close to this price/quality ratio. I can only wish that this amazing villa will host guests who will be as respectful as it deserves. Thank you!

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!

We - 2 adults - were guests in Venetia's apartment for two weeks. The apartment fully complied with the description. We each had our own room with our own bathroom/toilet. The bathroom is small and has the typical amenities with a low shower tray and curtain. We like the challenge of not causing flooding when showering. It worked! The kitchen and living room were nice and big for two people. Everything necessary was there. From the front balcony you have a great view of the harbor, where it is sunny in the morning. We had enough towels and linens for two weeks. The neighborhood was quiet (Samos in October). Perhaps it would be possible to get a kind of basic cleaning once or twice for a longer stay, for the bathrooms. We would book with Venetia again anytime.

The location is very close to shopping centers and the beach by car. It has a great vibe inside the forest and is perfect for a peaceful vacation that's isolated from around as much as possible. They were also very good at cleanliness. There are enough kitchen utensils and barbecue to use. They also responded whenever we needed them about communication. Thank you..

very nice accommodation! Great location for visiting the surroundings and the owner has excellent recommendations! (restaurant, beach) The pool was very clean and it did good to cool off a little. Would recommend for those who want a quiet spot to explore the area

Mr. Mehmet and his family weighed us very well. The house is very spacious and spacious. We woke up in the morning with fresh cares and Aegean olive oil at our door. It is definitely our advice.
