Gamlestogo at Haugan is located in Skorigrendi in Åmotsdal surrounded by nice cultural landscape with grazing animals and great views. The house is located on a farm with old houses, some from the mid-1700s. Skorigrendi is an area rich in cultural heritage, the nearest neighbour is the farm Kultan owned by the Norwegian Association for Preservation of Cultural Heritage. Kultan has a protected courtyard and newly restored attic originally built by the village artist Jarand Aasmundson Rønjom. The Sneie site with Eva Bullt Holte's museum and old croft are within walking distance from here.

Lots of nice fishing lakes if you like it, it is 5 min by car to a nice swimming area. It is very quiet here if you just want to get away to relax. Dishwasher, washing machine, heat pump/air conditioning. In the winter it is only open during holidays, send a message if you would like to go up there outside of what is open in the calendar...
