Cabin in Seljord with beach and private motorboat

This is a place where you can enjoy the days, completely undisturbed with swimming, sunbathing and barbecuing. Sun from morning to evening and your own private beach and jetty. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need. The bathroom and laundry room were completely renovated in the fall of 2020. The rent also includes a small motorboat and kayak. Winter season: The outdoor living room is not insulated, but has a heater. The motorboat is not available due to ice on the water. It is possible that you have to park by the main road and walk 50m to the cabin due to ice/snow on the steep hill.

Log house/cabin

With us, you can find peace and quiet in the countryside. Here, you can travel back in time in a timber house built in 1940. The house has recently been renovated and furnished with a combination of new and old interior fittings. Historical surroundings. If you're lucky, you can see wild animals right by the cabin. Nice hiking trails nearby. Tveitgrendløypa (2 min from the cabin) is popular in summer, and has spectacular views of mountains and fjords. Kviteseid is a cozy little town centre with shops and cafes. Swimming opportunities in the fjords in summer.

Experience a real Norwegian cabin atmosphere in this cosy log cabin with annex, idyllically located 700 metres above sea level. Here you can enjoy peaceful and sunny surroundings. Take a dip from the beach or the raft, enjoy long evenings by the water, and completely switch off from a busy everyday life. In winter, you will find prepared ski slopes nearby. The cabin has a wood-burning stove, a generator and a simple outdoor shower. The cabin is located 30 km from both Seljord and Rauland, with a short distance to great nature experiences all year round.

Welcome to our cabin! 😊 The cabin is located on the sunny side of Gaustatoppen, about 870 m above sea level. It has stunning views over three lakes and the mountain landscape. 😊 Right on the downside of the cabin is the worthy Tuddal mountain hotel. This is a historic hotel well worth a visit. Connected to municipal water and drainage, with fresh and good water in the spring. NOTE! BED LINEN AND TOWELS MUST BE BROUGHT, but can be rented for an additional NOK 100 per person. Bed sizes: 1x180 cm, 1x150 cm, 1x 120 cm, 3x 75 cm.

Hemsen har også en egen, liten TV med DVD. Flugonfjelleggen 1 km bak hytta. Gaustatoppen (Stavsro 30 min), Rjukan, Bø Sommarland innenfor 1t kjøring. Langrennsløyper 500m fra hytta. Flott løypenett med Tuddal høyfjellshotell som mulig destinasjon. Stor terrasse. Uten rekkverk. Utedusj i sommerhalvåret.

The yellow house on Suigard Grave

The yellow house at Suigard Grave is located in scenic Bø in Telemark. With a short distance to Bø town (10 min) and Sommarland, the Telemarkskanalen, Høyt og Lavt, Lifjell ski center and many beautiful mountain hikes. It is also only 30 min away from Seljord and the many festivals and events that take place there. Here at Suigard Grave you can frolic on the terrace, have a picnic in the garden or, for example, take the 35 min walk up to Gautiltjønna for a refreshing swim in the pond.

I gangavstand finner du gapahuk, flotte fiskemuligheter og den populære Kjerringsteinløypa rundt Kovstulvatnet. Gaustatoppen og den unike Gaustabanen ligger en kort kjøretur unna. Hytta ligger også nær Tuddal Høyfjellshotell, kjent for god mat.Joker Tuddal er døgnåpen ligger kun få minutter unna.

Magnificent cabin at the foot of Hardangervidda which is Norway's largest national park. 4 bedrooms, large living room, sauna and outdoor hot tub. Great place with fabulous views at the entrance of Hardangervidda . Perfect for active families and outdoor people, all year, skiing or on foot. Right below the cabin is a trout water with fishing rights. There is also fishing in two lovely lakes in the high mountains, which are about a 45-minute walk from the cabin

Secret log cabin at a height above Seljord

Travel back in time and enjoy the peace and quiet that this cozy cabin has to offer. It is located in the forest at a height above Seljord in beautiful Telemark with no other cabins around. From the (free) parking space you must walk 1, 2 km unmarked roads and trails which are sometimes steep and demanding. If you like to hike and surround yourself with nature you will love this cabin. Pack efficiently, put on some good shoes and enjoy!

Lovely cabin perfekt for skiing and hiking

A lovely, relaxing holiday in the mountains. Perfekt for x-country skiing and hiking. Great for trips to Gaustatoppen, named the most beautiful mountain in Norway. Three bedrooms. A large, cozy fire place in the living room, and a large terrace for cold beverages and hot cocoa in the sun after some outdoor fun. A nice walk from Tuddal Høyfjellshotel with a great cafe and restaurant. Close to lake perfekt for swimming on hot days.

Nordic View cabin 900 m – close to Gaustatoppen

Ålhytte (2023) med fantastisk utsikt og svært gode turmuligheter både til fots og på ski rett fra hytta. Hytta ligger ca 900 meter over havet omgitt av gammel skog, åpen mark og noen få andre hytter. Sommer: Mange alternativer til korte og lange turer i fjellet i umiddelbar nærhet. Vinter: Stort nettverk av skiløyper, rett fra hytta. Både på snaufjellet og i mer beskyttet terreng.
