Lo spazio interno si estende verso l’esterno grazie a un giardino, dotato di salotto e una fontana dal design unico. I pavimenti in ceramica Mutina Mater color bianco enfatizzano la luce naturale nella zona giorno con eleganza materica. Completano la zona living un divano in pelle bianca di Poltrona Frau e “The Frame”, una TV che si trasforma in opera d’arte.

In the evening, you can enjoy the cuisine in the various restaurants that distinguish our region. I also carry out Reiki and meditation treatments off-site.

Trascorrere del tempo in un luogo così particolare sarà un'esperienza indimenticabile!

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

For snow lovers, it is 40 min. from Roccaraso, 25 min. from Campitello, 35 min. from Capracotta. Ski remittance options. Parking is available in the back space (capacity 2 cars). Additional parking is also 150 m away.
