Enjoy this bright cottage with family or friends, which offers good times in perspective. The "La Grande Avesnelloise" gîte can accommodate up to 16 people, the beds are distributed in 5 bedrooms. A garden will offer the possibility to enjoy the outdoors at the slightest ray of sunshine. Close to shops and restaurants, everything is within walking distance. You will also enjoy the proximity to tourist places such as Val Joly (25 min), Maroilles (12 min), Maubeuge, Valenciennes...

Kitchen with all the essentials. Bathroom with shower and bathtub Towels and bed linen is provided. A garden for enjoying barbecues in the summer. You will be staying in my home, which contains my personal belongings, so I expect my guests to show respect. Recent renovation work.
