Cottage holiday rentals in Semois

Everything worked out great. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to us well. The house is fantastic and has everything you want. The area is great too, there's a lot to do. We communicated through the Airbnb app and it was always quick to respond. Highly recommended! We will be happy to come back! Accommodation true to our expectations, can be even more charming than in the photos. Great for disconnecting for a few days from our routine. In addition to the accommodation, the village is peaceful and quiet. I thank our host who was very responsive during our various exchanges. I want to highlight the cleanliness of the place, the few small touches of personal decor ( we took pleasure in counting the number of owls ) , the harmony of the whole house, the farm of wolves ( the restaurant close to it). Absolutely outstanding! My typical airbnb reviews read something like... clean and well equipped and nice owner. Rest assured, the cottages are very well equipped , completely modern, and the hosts are WONDERFUL. Leaving an amenities focused review such a this for our recent Cottages Antoinette experience simply would not capture the spirit of how wonderful our stay was. This is truly a special experience in the heart of a special region in one of the world's great nations. Champagne houses within a minute walk. Ville Bakery and Restaurant reached with 2 minutes walking. Access to walking trails in the forest also accessible within 2 minutes of walking. Snuggles with Iggy (chocolate lab) and August (cat) readily available! Chilled Champagne and wines are stocked for purchase in the cottage. Completely silent at night with exceptional views from the bed, living room, and terrace that overlook champagne fields and, in the distance, Reims.

The house is very beautiful. The surrounding is pretty calm and is perfect to relax. You can use the whole garden and relax in the warm whirlpool and enjoy the perfect view. The host is very nice and showed us the whole house. We even received a welcome present and felt home immediately.

A great weekend with friends in a very nice and clean cottage. There is nothing to say. Samuel is present on arrival and departure which is very nice. A very friendly host, a very functional cottage, you feel very good as soon as you walk through the door... to come back in the summer 🙏

Perfect place for holiday

Sandrine's place is just perfect for a "green look". Calm, relaxing, soothing... The hot tub is really a plus no matter the weather conditions. Everything is clean, the quality amenities and the indoor and especially outdoor space is amazing. In short, with family, friends, you can book without a second thought. Thank you Sandrine

We were and super friendly welcomed, with gifts for our dogs! Very clean, very nice (what a garden!) and well equipped kitchen. Everything was in order. The outdoor barbecue was super cool!

A great place to stay. Two tall teenagers squeezed into the kids’ room but (which differed from the pictures) but only a very minor issue, and we had a lovely stay over Christmas in this very cosy house

We had a very nice time with our friends and were able to relax superbly. The surroundings were really nice and also the house had everything you need for a long weekend. Communication with Olivier was very good and he was really very friendly and helpful.

Great furnished house in a very quiet location - great for unwinding. We were 6 adults and felt very comfortable. We were able to sit together, but everyone also had retreat space. We would come back any time!

A beautiful base for activities next to and around Durbuy. The house is authentic and fits perfectly with nature and surroundings. All facilities (and even more) are present in the property. The view is sublime. We loved staying here and would recommend this home to anyone. You will immediately feel at home. Viriginie is also a great host who responds immediately when you have questions and resolve matters immediately. We couldn't be better off, thanks!

We had a great 8 day stay at the house. Mr. Defossez was extremely helpful and we enjoyed the house, the beautiful surroundings and great rock climbing within walking distance.

Very pleasant holiday accommodation for a weekend in the Ardennes. Nice cities at a rideable distance. Everything in the house is available to stay there. Very friendly host; she gave clear instructions and very quick to respond to questions. Also nice: the many tips about restaurants and local eateries we found in the cottage.

Excellent rental house for a short holiday in the Rochefort area. Ideal for a family stay. Plenty of activities nearby (by car). The house is modern and well-equipped.

Great quiet weekend! Cozy guesthouse mixing modern comfort and authenticity (wood, fireplace...), perfect for reconnecting in nature without sacrificing comfort. Bonus: Two adorable dogs and a farm right next door. Thanks again to Mathias for hosting us!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. The cottage is quietly located, very clean and very well equipped with everything. We had a short meeting with Sara and family, a very likeable family but we didn't understand each other very well through the language barrier. In short, a stay where we will be happy to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay in this characterful cottage. The cottage was more spacious than we expected. It is decorated with a lot of taste and decent materials. Christine is very friendly and made us feel like we could always go to her. Nearby we did a nice walk, we visited l'abbaeye de villers (impressive), enjoyed peace and quiet. We went very well at "Quel bon vin t"amene". It is very nice that bicycles are available (we did not use them, however). The outdoor terrace is also very cozy. In short, recommended!

We had an unforgettable stay with the family at this gite. We were 7 adults and 3 infants, and everyone loved it. The indoor pool is a real plus, especially with the changing weather of the area. Whether it rained or sunny, big and small were able to enjoy the pool. The cottage is spacious and well-equipped.

Magali and Rudy's gite is a real gem! Everything is thought out in every detail so that you do not miss anything during your stay. The amenities provided are of excellent quality, which is worth highlighting because this is not always the case. Magali is a friendly hostess and very responsive to messages. We had a lovely stay and will not forget this address!
