On the left side of the yard is the main main building with a kitchen and a tea lounge (Room 3, 2 toilets), and on the right side is an annex that is only open when you book for over 6 people (Room 1, mini tea lounge 1, 1 toilet). The Cheongho House is a single-family home that is only rented to one team per day. Stay overnight in Sokcho in a uniquely structured Sokcho wardrobe with stylish furniture and lighting, and somewhere between traces of time and memories of youth. Treat yourself and your group to the little pleasures of a scavenger hunt, finding hidden fun and usefulness in every corner. The country house courtyard with a tea lounge and a tap like a cafe where you can huddle for tea is a dummy. The Cheongho House has repaired the old house that was used as a bed and breakfast for a long time, and there is no place that is left untouched by its owner. The fisherman's boat is right next to Cheongho Port. (Octopus, raw fish sales/experience fishing boat available.) The original name of Abai Village is Sinpo Village. So it's no secret that I became a fisherman~ :) # Fishing village retro healing house • Take a mudflat to the central market. • Water play and picnic are possible on the beach. • Go fishing at the port in front of your nose. • Enjoy Netflix with a beam projector. • Please relax as if you've come to visit your grandmother's house in a fishing village. There is no convenience and luxury like a hotel or resort. You might feel uncomfortable. But nowadays, only old houses have countless years and romance that are hard to see. The first floor of the building is a guest accommodation. The accommodation has 3 rooms (3 toilets), a living room, a kitchen, and a multipurpose room. The room and living room/kitchen have individual cooling/heating, and each room is prepared with a bed. The kitchen is equipped with simple seasonings and various kitchen utensils, the living room has a round sofa and dining table, and the utility room has a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. You can enjoy a barbecue in the lawn garden, and right in front of you is Mulchi Stream facing the sea. Walk along the promenade next to the Mulchi Stream to reach Mulchi Beach. This is a wonderful accommodation with a view of Yeongrang Lake and Seoraksan Mountain from a large window that is filled with warm sunlight. The spacious living room and bedroom are separated, making it great for couples, friends, or family to use. The property has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen, and a veranda. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, so there is no inconvenience for 4 people traveling together. You can watch TV, Netflix, and more while lying in bed. There is a small terrace, so it is also good to have a cup of tea in the warm sun and nature on a sunny day. Go outside and go down the hill a little to reach the lake. Enjoy a slow walk around the beautiful Yeongrang Lake all year round. (It has been operated with a new interior since September 23, 2021.)

There are gs25, cu, and 7-eleven convenience stores nearby, so you can easily buy and use what you need at any time. There is Yeongrang Lake, where you can take a walk within a 5-minute walk. (You can rent a bike or scooter to ride, and you can see several spectacular views such as Bum Rock in the middle). There is a market within a 5-minute walk. Every year, squid festivals are held, and there are many sashimi restaurants and crab restaurants nearby. The lighthouse baths are a 10-minute walk away. Compared to Sokcho Beach, it's not too crowded, so you can have more fun. - Pho Cha Street is a 15-minute walk away. If you go out at night, look at the sea, drink, and finish the fun, you will have good memories.

There is a beach within a five-minute walk from the inn, and it is the best environment where you can enjoy both the sea and the lake. Hello. This is‘ Sabu Jaanjis’. Our accommodation is located in a place where you can walk to Jukdo Beach/Dongsan Beach in 5 minutes. In addition, there is a large tabletop in the yard, so you can grill meat, have a drink, and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the countryside. It's the perfect place to bathe or surf, and in the fall winter, it's also a place to spend time in the warm underbelly. However! Since it is an old country house and there are fields, there is not enough clean feeling like a new pension or hotel. We are working hard to manage it and use it in a pleasant condition.
