Traditional Filipino Home with Pool near Taal Lake

Nayon is a private farmstead in Alitagtag, Batangas, a scenic 2-hour (1.5 hr without traffic) drive from Manila. Our 2-bedroom, 150-sqm traditional Filipino house sits on a hill, overlooking a child-friendly pool and a wide space peppered with fruit trees and grazing animals. Each large, ensuite bedroom is furnished carefully with Filipino furniture and mementos from our family's travels. We built Nayon with generous areas for relaxing with friends & family, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Honu House main 2 bedroom

The main house of Honu House is only available at certain times when the owners are traveling. It has two bedrooms which are identical master bedrooms. They are spacious and come with a toilet, two sinks each and a walk-in shower. On the main floor there is a large living and dining area and a full kitchen. As seen in the photos the front of the house has 2.5 stories of glass covered by a real "Koogan" grass roof. If offers a spectacular view of our coconut trees and the jungle beyond.

We are an eco-friendly farmhouse situated at the foothills of Mt. Banoy, near Batangas City. The Red Hen Homestead is a pleasant 2 hour drive from Metro Manila. All day, the cool breeze blows and the sounds of nature are abundant. The house is a rustic, Filipino inspired farmhouse with 4 airconditioned bedrooms and 5 baths. Ideal number of people in a group to have a relaxing stay is 8. But close knit groups who love to be close are welcome up to a maximum of 16.

Kitchenette is equipped with mini refrigerator, microwave oven, cookware , utensils, and electric kettle .
