For the place itself this would be a 4-star review because some things which were important for us were missing. But because of Susan's availability and proneness to improve, I decided to give it a 5-star instead. While the apartment is cosy and has most of the basics one needs for short stays, it was also missing some things which we repute important for our working from and cooking at home. Such as firm table, a comfortable chair and more utensils for the kitchen. The place is great if you want to have time for yourself in simplicity, especially because the general curated atmosphere really supports this, but not that much if you work from home and like to cook at home. That said I'm sure that Susan will take care in the future of arranging these aspects better with her guests.

The accommodation is perfect and in a good location. Ricardo is very kind, welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it. See you soon.

Apartment in a very good location and in a quiet area. Very spacious living room and comfortable beds. It had everything we could need in the kitchen as well as in the rooms. 10 minutes away we had a supermarket and the bus station. The super friendly and very attentive host, a 10 for her.

We were welcomed and shown the place by Mrs. Maria de Lurdes and husband. Extremely polite and friendly. The house had everything we needed and because it was winter season, the whole house was warm thanks to the central heating system. Very clean. We will definitely choose to stay here if we ever return to the area.

Very quiet place, the host and his wife are charming. We were with 2 babies 1 year and 10 months crying, shouting, buzzing… and there were never any problems. Always good face and very attentive with children. The pool is very well. There are animals by the pool in an orchard and pen. Highly recommended. They offer a breakfast included in the price that is wonderful. Nearby, about 8km there is a town with 3 large hypermarkets. It is 40-45’ from any point of interest by car. Very good place.

The location is fantastistic, in Seia, in the middle of many of the places we wanted to visit. We have been in one of the apartment, for 4 people (1 family): very cleaned when we arrived and big! José and team were very friendly. Super!

Super practical and comfortable accommodation for a stay in Lousã and to visit the Aldeias do Xisto by Serra. Very well equipped and also super neat and suitable/safe for a small child. The hostess was always available both at check-in/out, but also for any unforeseen/need during the stay. Impeccable also from the point of view of cleanliness. We noticed only some noise, but nothing special, normal in dwellings that are not isolated from each other. We loved the welcome "mimo", with the typical tigelada of the area, even because we are greedy! We will definitely book again, on an upcoming tour and tour of the area!

Lovely little apartment, the owners made me feel so welcome and everything I needed was there, from fresh oranges to firewood. Beautiful village and friendly locals, highly recommend.

The place was basic and clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. I was shown around before handed the keys. Parking is free around the apartment but tight so be careful with hire cars (mine was scratched). It's about a 10min walk into the town area, there is a great family run restaurant to the right of the apartment and a few bars nearby. The nearest big supermarket is about 3mins drive away.

Marisa, great , explained everything perfect! The apartment is small but cozy, clean and has everything you need. The only bad thing is that you hear too much noise from the other neighbors when it comes to sleeping. The location is nice but far from everything , if or if you have to go with a car . There's not much to do there . But Serra da Estrela is very nice , the views are spectacular, I would come back when I'm sure there will be snow , it must be wonderful.

We went as a group for a New Year's getaway. We really enjoyed staying at Linda's place, a very spacious house with a kitchen with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Communication with Linda was super accessible and friendly. She gave us all the necessary check-in directions and suggestions for restaurants and places to visit that we enjoyed and approved of. We were received by Mr. Joaquim with great kindness.

Large, well-appointed apartment with lovely deck and views. With four rooms that have en suite bathrooms, would be great for family gatherings or large groups of friends. Clean and spacious, reliable internet. The parking in front of the building was full (only two or three spaces) so we had to park elsewhere in the neighborhood. This was not a problem for us, but it is a hilly area with narrow streets so others may want to consider this if you have a car rental and any mobility issues. Good Italian food across the street at Paço 100 Pressa was very convenient! Host was kind enough to send suggestions where could eat as we arrived on the later side. Very nice accommodation.

We adored the villa, very well decorated, clean and the jacuzzi is spectacular (at night and with rain, even better)! I recommend ;)

Even at triple the price, this stay would be a bargain. I left feeling like I found two soul mates!

I spent one night at this place. We love it!! From communication with the host, from cleaning, from convenience!! It was all impeccable!! The completely clean jacuzi, you gave us all the instructions on how to use, and to improve, there were still led lights. We will undoubtedly return and recommend this accommodation to others! Many congratulations to this gentleman!!

Very confortable house, with all the amneties and exactly has the pictures. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. We walked around Covilhã and managed to reach Serra da Estrela and play with the snow after a 30 minutes drive. Amazing stay and highly recommended!
