The evening was flawless: punctuality, friendliness, organisation… and, most importantly, her cooking was absolutely delicious and perfectly executed. Every dish served was as beautiful as it was tasty, featuring high-quality ingredients and perfectly mastered flavour combinations. Everything was local! And there were some really interesting discussions ;) I would definitely recommend this experience. A huge thank you to Jérémy for this incredible experience!

It was a first for us to call a chef at home. So we didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by the performance of the chef Jeremy. We were worried the previous days but from his appetiser, we were won over by his know-how and his mastery of techniques. The visual and the smell of this appetiser immediately touched us and when we finally tasted it, it was an explosion of flavour that immediately reassured us about the rest of our meal. And surprise, surprise, we got to dessert and if it had been possible we would have started the experience again at the very beginning as his mastery was exceptional and each product was cooked and sublimated to perfection. I recommend chef Jeremy if you want to have an extraordinary culinary experience, and at home too.

We loved Jérémy's menu and service, everything was absolutely delicious from start to finish! As a starter, a seasonal vegetable pie with a reduced jus full of flavours, perfectly balanced. The dish was incredible: tender beef shoulder accompanied by a potato mille-feuille, a real treat. And finally, a dessert with finesse: lemon meringue and hazelnut praline with lemon sorbet, fresh, gourmet and very well controlled. Beyond the cooking, the home service was top-notch: professional, warm and very attentive. We would recommend Jérémy without hesitation and will call on him again without hesitation.
