Johann is a great chef. We had a great evening with some friends, around a wonderful dinner thanks to him. I fully recommend Johann! First of all, the appetiser and the 3 courses were very delicious. - Cream of mushroom soup, black truffle and onion crisps: super comforting - Foie gras with torchon, brioche and homemade cherry jam: parfaits - Beef shoulder confit 6h: super fondant. With potato millefeuille, both fondant and crispy - pear with red wine revisited, mascarpone: superb final touch, which I will remember for a long time. Also, Johann is very nice. During dinner, but also before: very easy communication. Moreover, he suggested the menu and was flexible when I asked him to change the dessert (from chocolate to a fruity dessert) Punctual on arrival, and leaves the kitchen perfectly clean. Wonderful!

The best meal I’ve had in a while. We were a group of 4. Everything was expertly crafted, delicious and served with care.
