Noël was excellent! Our group of 4 allowed Noël to create a menu of local and in season dishes. His assistant set up a beautiful table scape on our balcony dining table. They were both kind and professional, and left our kitchen and dining area cleaner than when they arrived. The ingredients used were fresh and local. The dishes were so delicious, beautifully plated, and impeccably timed. Our meal had 3 tasty small appetizers including mini truffle cheese sandwich bites (our favorite) and chicken wings, a salad with lobster, two main courses of fish and chicken (we especially enjoyed the citrus chicken with ratatouille), and a dessert duo of smooth chocolate mousse and fresh strawberries. We loved it all!

We had an amazing dinner provided by Chef Noel and his assistant. Each course was delicious and beautifully presented; there was plenty of food for our group. We were able to experience fresh foods of the area which all tasted wonderful. Both Noel and his assistant were friendly and professional. We loved having the opportunity to have a local chef prepare a meal in our Airbnb, it was the perfect ending to a busy day exploring. Communication was easy and we appreciated the service.

Noel was very easy to work with. He gave me many meal options to choose from and was quick to respond when I had questions. He and his assistant Samantha arrived on time. She set the table while Noel started cooking! He made several delicious bite sized appetizers. Our starter and entree were beautifully plated and tasted just as good as they looked! They cleaned everything up before they left. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend Noel for a private chef experience.
