We booked Maxime to prepare Valentine’s dinner on our visit to Paris. Despite the small kitchen in our apartment, he was able to create a fantastic five course meal that was as good as anything we’ve had at a Parisian restaurant. When he left we were stuffed full of delicious food, with more in the fridge and a spotless kitchen. I’d highly recommend this as a special experience for anyone in Paris.

THE BEST dining experience we had in Paris!! My wife and I booked Chef Maxime during our recent trip to France. We had an incredible experience enjoying high-end French and Italian cuisine from one of Paris's top up-and-coming chefs. He prepared a five-course menu better than anything we had at the expensive restaurants we visited. He worked with us to create the menu, offering choices for each course. We especially recommend his homemade pasta (we had it with eggplant sauce) and the duck confit. We also asked him for wine pairings, and he brought a unique French bottle that paired with each course. Definitely hitting him up next time we're in Paris.
