Get a chance to explore Boston and know your camera better! We'll start our walk at the bustling Boston Common park and your instructor Kevin will help you walk through your various camera settings, address different ways to approach different lighting situations, and other ways to approach your framing. Kevin is a seasoned portrait photographer having worked for numerous wedding agencies, has published photos on Shutterstock, and has traveled all over the world taking photos.

Take a walk with through the bustling streets of Boston’s Chinatown! This is one of my favorite neighborhoods because there always seems to be some kind of activity going on, so you might even want to bring your camera! We’ll see some of the top food spots as we walk and take portraits.

Come visit the iconic North End, also known as Boston’s own “Little Italy”! Embrace the aromas of fresh baked bread from the neighborhood’s bakeries, stop in to have an aperitif at one of it’s cafe/bar combos, take a walk by the water to see the ships arriving into Charlestown, and finally grab a bite to eat at it’s countless number of world class restaurants! We’ll take portraits alongside these delicious spots and I’ll point out some of my favorite spots, as well as a hidden gem or two!

Take a walk through streets with some serious history to them! Take a walk through Boston’s famous Beacon Hill neighbor know for its historic cobblestone streets and the pinnacle of wealth in town. We’ll walk through this affluent neighborhood and capture portraits next to those walls that if they could only talk and tell you the stories they’ve seen!
