A modality of massage that uses a lighter touch. MLD can relieve swelling, promote healing and circulation. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

Pre & Post Natal Massage

With specialized training, I spend time targeting areas and muscles of concern while taking into consideration the journey you are on/have experienced through childbirth.

Cranial Sacral Massage

A gentle treatment that may help relieve pain and other symptoms. It can be beneficial for people of all ages and may help with both physical and psychological conditions.
