Eric was fantastic, he arrived on time, was very pleasant. One of the guest was late and Eric was very accomadating. He is very friendly, approachable, and easygoing. He offered us a succession of dishes, each more delicious and original than the last. Everything was perfectly paced, and every detail had clearly been thought through.
