I had my bachelor party in Charlotte and we booked Bart to come cook dinner at the house for 18 guys and we could not have been happier. Bart was a pro's pro from start to finish. He came prepped with a bunch of food and used our kitchen as needed. All the food was as requested and the timing was exactly as promised. On top of that the food itself was fantastic. Every dish better than the one before. The charcutier boards, braised pork belly and burgers were especially delicious. On top of the food and the service both being 12/10, Bart himself was an absolute gentleman. Makes the entire process so easy and was a fun hang once he arrived. If you're looking for a private chef in Charlotte - Bart is a no brainer selection for any event.

The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared on site. You could truly taste the care and intention in every dish, especially knowing that some of the ingredients were personally grown by the chef himself. That level of freshness and pride in his craft made the experience even more special. What really stood out was his professionalism and focus. Even with a lively, loud, and very real group conversation happening around him, he remained completely present and unbothered, delivering consistently delicious food without missing a beat. The meal elevated our entire Mind, Body & Soul experience—grounding, nourishing, and communal in the best way. Everyone was talking about how great the food was, and the fact that people gladly took leftovers home says everything. An exceptional chef and an experience we would absolutely recommend again.
