The shampoo was fantastic and the conditioner smelled amazing, very good. The massage - even on the neck and forehead (fortunately I was not wearing makeup!) - was a moment of total relaxation that I did not expect. The style turned out very well: I had asked for zero products, but they still offered me hairspray and finishing spray at no extra cost. The team was very kind. Although my Spanish is not perfect, they made me feel completely at ease and we understood each other without any difficulty.
