This is a sound bath and energy healing done with healing grade singing bowls from Nepal. Bowls are placed around or directly on your body along energy centers or areas of pain/tension providing a gentle massage, moving stagnancy and with lymphatic benefits. Great for recovery, spiritual connection, insomnia, for those suffering with illness, sadness, low energy, burnout. Bowls can only be placed near the body if you have a pacemaker or large amount of metal in the body (hip replacements, etc.)
