We had a fantastic dining experience when the team came to our place in Mallorca and cooked an incredibly delicious paella. Both the chef and the waitress were highly professional and attentive, and they helped create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere throughout the evening. The food was presented elegantly and then placed on plates in front of us, which enhanced the experience. The flavours were exquisite – well-balanced and authentic – and the whole family was impressed. Even our three-year-old enjoyed the paella, which says a lot. We also asked for a wine to accompany the food and were served an excellent Albariño from northern Spain, which complemented the meal perfectly. In summary, we are extremely pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy an authentic, high-quality dining experience at home.

This was our first Airbnb experience, & hiring Chef Matías & his team made this birthday celebration unforgettable. From the start, Chef Matías was responsive, thoughtful, & generous with suggestions, helping us create an experience that exceeded expectations. They arrived on time & executed the evening with warmth and perfect pacing, allowing us to savor every course. The grilled meats & sides were outstanding, followed by what our group agreed was the best paella we have ever had—especially meaningful since three of us grew up eating paella. Every dish was abundant, beautifully presented, & full of flavor and that chimi sauce, WOW! They handled dietary restrictions w/ great care, making adjustments without compromising quality. The homemade dessert was a vanilla sponge w/ dulce de leche, strawberries, & meringue was spectacular! They brought everything, left the kitchen spotless, & created a feeling of celebration that made the night extra special. They receive the highest praise!
