This time of encounter with the body allows you to explore the basics of tantric touch: anchoring, wrapping and connecting to sensations. It accompanies the release of initial tensions and opens a path to more conscious relaxation. This experience can be experienced as a treatment in its own right or as a natural gateway to the Plenitude Massage.

This massage is practiced without intention or objective: simply to be present to what is being experienced. With a meditative touch combining power & softness, depth & lightness, it promotes the circulation of energy. Emotions can emerge and are welcomed with respect and kindness. Oil massage, it can include the whole body while respecting the limits and consent of the person being massaged. Each session is unique and invites deep relaxation.

During this session, I will be attentive to your needs, desires, and touch limits. I will invite you to lie on your stomach on the floor, in order to receive this enveloping touch with oil. Remaining attentive to your experiences, I will accompany you to experience what will be there. At the end of this touch of about 2 hours, you will be able to integrate the sensations of your body. A telephone interview prior to the confirmation of the 1st appointment is necessary to validate it
