During this experience, you will be able to sample local dishes from my region, such as escalivada (roasted vegetables) on toast with anchovies, Xatonada (a local salad), a mouthwatering roast chicken, or a delicious crema catalana (a type of crème brûlée). The menu can be adapted to customers' preferences or to accommodate food intolerances/allergies.

During this experience, you'll be able to sample our traditional tapas! You can choose from trying our ham and cheese with tomato bread, our croquettes, our magnificent patatas bravas, prawns in garlic sauce, Olivier salad, potato omelette, a butifarra sausage skewer, a small glass of salmorejo, or finishing on a sweet note with a torrija (French toast) or a delicious rice pudding.

Learn how to cook a great rice dish or risotto. You can choose from a variety of fish, meat or vegetable options. We will prepare two different types of rice dishes, and of course, you will then be able to enjoy them at your leisure, accompanied by a refreshing soft drink or a glass of wine.
