We'll have a chat beforehand to find out the ages and yoga knowledge of the different participants, and then design the class to reflect the group's specific needs. Materials included. In this 90-minute class, we'll start by connecting with our breathing and you'll learn pranayama exercises to improve it. Afterwards, we'll do sun salutations and various poses, depending on what you want to work on. We'll finish the class with a meditation session.
