The house is situated in a completely secluded location in the woods on a small headland by Lake Juven, with a 270° view of the water, a private lakeside terrace, a bathing jetty, a boat and a panoramic sauna. The decor is modern and Scandinavian with new facilities and large sunny terraces. Good opportunities for fishing, swimming, canoeing and skiing (cross-country + alpine) Only 7 km to Åseda with great shops and public transport.

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

It is located near the main road 40; 20 km from The Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby; 30 km from the oldest wooden town in Sweden Eksjö; 10 km from the oldest wooden church in Pelarne; 10km from Norra Kvills National park. The nearest grocery store is just 3 km away in Mariannelund.

The Skuru farm is close to Katth Katthult and here you rent your own house on the farm. 25-minute drive to Astrid Lindgren's World Perfect for guests looking for a peaceful and pleasant holiday in the countryside. In 2020, we renovated the kitchen, entrance hall and laundry room and also built a brand new bathroom on the ground floor. There is proximity to the lake with boat and swimming. Warm welcome!

Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
