Moro House is a characteristic Sicilian recently renovated structure located in Palermo, in the heart of Sferracavallo district. Independent and on the ground floor. Moro House has two bedrooms with double beds in memory foam, both with air conditioning and window. One bathroom with aspirator. The living room consists of an equipped kitchen,fridge, sofa, smart TV. There is an outdoor space with umbrella ad sofas. Towels and bed linen are present in the structure. Wi-fi free. Free street parking.

This is an apartment that is rented according to the "tourist rental"/"short rental" formula, under 30 days. By law, we are obliged to submit a lease agreement to you that you will have to sign. A copy will also be issued to you. By law, check-in will be carried out in person and on that occasion you will sign the contract and we will hand over the keys to the property.
