Holiday rentals in Shamalgan

From booking till checkout it was a seamless experience. Host was extremely helpful and proactive throughout and was always responsive even for smallest queries or details. The actual apartment was exactly as listed and with all amenities. Will strongly recommend to anyone travelling to Almaty especially Indians as the hand shower is really a life saver there. 😊👍

The apartment location is convenient. There are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks all in walking distance. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, while being not too far from the botanical garden and KazNU. Azamat was always responsive and willing to resolve any issues that came up. Thank you!

The place was great. Comfortable and very clean. The apartment had everything we needed and was very soacious. Location was perfect for us with restaurants and shops just below. There is a mini bar where you can purchase snacks.

Perfect and cozy house! Clean bedding and towels made us feel happy. The host accommodated all our requests. He allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Martha's place in Almaty! The location is awesome - peaceful yet within walking distance to Zenkov Cathedral, Green Bazaar and some great restaurants. The rooms looked exactly like the photos, clean and well-maintained. Martha was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us early check-in and late check-out based on our flight timings. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Almaty!

A lovely, well-furnished apartment. The flat is big, clean, and comfortable. It has all the essential appliances and kitchen items, and even a big TV and dishwasher. It's in a newly built block in a quiet but well-connected part of town. The block's near a number of shops, has a nice cafe on the ground floor, and is just opposite a well-equipped gym (with well priced day passes!). Bekzat was a perfect host --- very communicative and understanding. He gave clear instructions for checking in and sorted the questions I had very quickly. I'd very much recommend!

The apartment is very beautiful and wide, and it is beautiful and clean and I will re-stay it, God willing, and the owner of the apartment is friendly and serves you immediately

I liked the place but it looked less refined than the pictures. The area is great, near the pedestrian street with a lot of cafes near by, Panfilov street. However, the particular house and the courtyard look sketchy. The place is spacious and has all the basics which compensates the worn out feel of the building. There is one on the wall AC unit in one room, it was adequate for warm weather but I can imagine this place would be hot when the weather is hot. Overall I felt the place was worth the price

We stayed at Dmitriy's place for 5 days and it was very comfortable and centrally located with a number of popular places and restaurants within walking distance.
