Peaceful 2-story cottage on the shores of Lac des Américains in the municipality of Lac-aux-Sables. Windowed facade with terrace overlooking the lake. Access to the dock and mobile floating dock with electric motor (lake without motors). Three bedrooms with double beds. Hot tub and pool table on site. Access to two BBQs and a safe place to make fires outside. Wifi, AC, several parking lots and water sports equipment (Pedalo, Kayak, etc.) included.

Due to its rustic decoration and exemplary cocooning, the house is the perfect place to relax and get away from everyday life. During your stay, you can enjoy the outdoor terrace, spa, outdoor fire and various activities available near the house. The family access pass for the Mauricie National Park is lent to you. The cottage includes a spa, a belvedere, an outside fireplace and a quay. A canoe, 2 kayaks, a paddle board and a pedalo are also included. The lake is very calm with no powerboats. The water is very clean and exceptional for swimming.
