The house is always immaculate and fresh, the kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals, and all appliances are simple to operate. Kate and her family are friendly and attentive, and we are so thankful for the experience! As always, we will be looking forward to our next stay at the River House!

We had a great time in Redding! This place is super clean and has everything you need. We used the kitchen a ton, and it was perfect. The EV charger was awesome, saving us from late-night charging trips. Definitely recommend this place and hosts!

This is one of the more well thought out places I’ve stayed. Everything was quality and the layout and use of space was fantastic. There were so many small touches in this place that made it comfortable and easy to use The host communication was second to none being flexible and kind, but also professional and highly responsive. It’s a smaller single-story cabin, but they absolutely make the best use of every bit of space would definitely love to come back!

Jody's home was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Kids loved the farm and enjoyed interacting with all the animals; the adults loved relaxing in the home while listening to the rushing water of the creek, the deck and waterfall. Jody was a wonderful and responsive host, we look forward to staying here again!

What a nice, cozy, well outfitted cabin. We visited at the start of winter and grateful for the heater and wood stove to keep the cabin warm. The cabin is super cute with great tile work and cute touches all around. Fast Starlink WIFI and modern smart TV made it easy to stay connected.

This Airbnb is stunning — every corner features thoughtful, designer touches that make the space feel both luxurious and inspiring. It’s a dream for anyone who loves great interior design! The location is incredibly peaceful and private — we even heard horses and cows nearby, which added to the charm. It truly feels like a getaway from the world, yet downtown is just minutes away. One thing to note: the mosquitoes at night can be pretty intense, so definitely bring your own mosquito spray. Other than that, it was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to say, was thrilled all listed amenities were there plus more, from cooking seasonings, emergency foods, games heaters and fans. We especially loved how close the house is to the national park, about 20 minutes, with lots of extra nearby activities. The fresh eggs Elizabeth leaves from her girls are amazing as well. She has great response time and helpful info too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Ron's house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was great - just 20 min from the Lassen visitor center. In addition, there is a road closed in the winter that was right near the house and we had beautiful walks on the snowy road without even getting in the car. Lovely house and we look forward to staying there again.

We had really great time. So nice and clean place with a peaceful view! We drove long way from Portland, Oregon, so we needed a good rest and short drive to Lassen Volcanic National Park. Just 10 mins away from the north entrance. We enjoyed a hamock and nice view. Watching stars at night was my son's favorite time. One downside was this house was on the highway, but not that many traffic anyway.
