Sunpu Castle Park and nearby parks are a 10-minute walk away, where you can easily enjoy picnics and sports, as well as the seasonal scenery of cherry blossoms in full bloom in spring and deep autumn leaves in fall. The building is equipped with a premium projector, "Popin Aladdin", and Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ paid accounts have been installed. You can enjoy movies to your heart's content during your stay. In addition to sightseeing in the city, you can travel from Hiyoshimachi Station to Shin-Shimizu Station in about 20 minutes by private railway, and it has excellent access to sightseeing in the Shimizu area. There are many coin parking lots within walking distance that are safe for those who come by car, and the price is low, about 1,000-2,000 yen per 24 hours.
