Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Shkodër County

It was a lovely stay at Ditmar's place. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and it is nice and large. You have to be able to use the heat a bit well when you book in August, as the temperatures are very high. You can easily reach everything on foot and you are only a few minutes' walk from the city center. Parking is also not a problem in August. A supermarket is directly on site with a large fruit stand. Also all surrounding neighbors are very friendly. Ditmar was always available immediately and gave tips for activities.

Our stay at nGen Villas in Razëm was absolutely incredible. The villa was beautifully designed, it was modern, bespoke, and in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, from the private pool to the fully equipped kitchen and stylish interiors. One of the absolute highlights was waking up to the breathtaking views of the Albanian Alps—truly unforgettable. The setting was peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This place is a hidden gem, and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

The place was very nice and had a good location to Theth National Park. Some had noted in the comments that the neighbors would run in the garden and privacy would be missing while bathing in the pool due to the proximity to the neighboring houses. It seems to have been retrofitted here, as the houses and gardens were bordered with privacy fencing. So you can stay very nice for yourself. We would have liked a little more storage space for all our things, but otherwise the place had everything necessary that was needed. It was a very nice stay with really great views of the mountains!

This was by far our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The views were absolutely stunning, and there were so many beautiful spaces for our family to relax and enjoy together. Everything was spotless; the house was super clean and well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we all slept so well! The host was wonderful, always kind and helpful throughout our entire stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We had a wonderful few days here! We really didn't end up exploring much outside of the house, because we felt like staying at the property was all we needed. I am sure there were nice restaurants nearby, but we ended up cooking all of our meals using the outdoor kitchen space, relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sun, and hanging out next to a fire in the evening. Ardian was an incredible host and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Been here for a week with 6 people. We enjoyed the peace, space and an incredibly beautiful view, which we already miss. It's very private so you can be there 100% yourself. Communication was fantastic. Always the same response and extremely helpful. They do everything they can to make everyone feel at home. Instructions are clear and complete. Lots of info about what to do. From the villa you walk down in 6min, where there are several restaurants with good, affordable food(€70 for 6p). Also a cozy supermarket of 2 brothers who were also our taxi drivers during our vacation. North taxi is not to be missed if you are staying here. They make a party every affordable ride and are always there for you with fun ideas to make your vacation complete. Shkodër is a cozy town, a 20 min drive. Albania was the 1st time, but we will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

He was always willing to help. Excellently instructions to get to the airbnb unlike others where we stayed. Good location near the city centre for walks and shopping.

Obviously, there are cheaper places in this area. We loved the wonderful hot tub and the great view. We stayed for one night only, and it was the perfect place to relax after hiking in the Theth area.

Perfect Place to have nice time

The host was very friendly! And responsive and is ready to help with whatever issues you have! The place is exactly like in the pictures. I would definitely recommend to stay here! The views are extremely beautiful! The villa is fitted with all the essentials. We bought groceries and came since there’s nothing except a hotel nearby so make sure to get the essentials and come. Very homely stay. We had an issue with the heating not being able to be turned off but once that was sorted everything was perfect! The outdoor hot tub is a great touch and would highly recommend to use it. All in all a beautiful stay!

Florjan really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of for the night on our last-minute adventure into the Albanian Alps. We arrived after dark and awoke to a stunning mountain view out of the beautiful A-frame house’s floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was comfortable, the location was beautiful, the hot tub was hot, the property was very well done in both architecture and interior design, and the host was friendly and accommodating. In short, we couldn’t ask for anything more!
