We stood at Serenity Villa for 3 nights, including New Year’s night. Tamar is very kind, responsive and caring. She answered and helped with all of our questions and queries. There were everything that was listed in the description: towels, bathrobes, shampoo, etc. Also host provided us with additional towels, sheets and blankets on our request. Everything was clean and comfy. We were company of 12, and there were enough space, beds and bathrooms for all of us. Also kitchen is well equipped, it was very great to find, that we can serve our festive table with tableware we found at the Villa. The territory of the Villa is spacious and well-equipped. There are places to sit, even in winter because there was outdoor heater. Also there is a nice barbecue place. You can sit outside and enjoy really beautiful view! It was pleasure spending time here and celebrating New Year! Thank You!

Comfortable cabin with three bedrooms. Everything was clean and tidy at check-in. And the house was settled for the New Year! There was a Christmas tree, and there were garlands. The hostess is very responsive and responsible, explained everything to us and showed us, and also treated us with delicious pancakes. The first night in one of the bedrooms, our friends froze froze, as one of the doors did not close tightly. We called the host and she gave us clear instructions on how to increase the temperature in the boiler. And also told us where the electric heater is. So our friends were no longer cold. Everything is fine with the house and the plot, but since we arrived in winter, one of the ascents to the plot was icy and very inconvenient to climb. But for the sake of justice, this rise is not the territory of the hosts, and there is a round about which to walk longer, but it is safer. Thank you for a good holiday!

Luxury apartment in a private villa located in a very nice, cozy area of Batumi overlooking the green mountains and the sea. Lovely landscape, pool and friendly hosts. This is a place for those who appreciate modern comfort and love nature. 7 stars out of 5))) We are dreaming of returning

Everything was great, the apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable with an exquisite view. The place was not equipped with essentials like soap, tissues and bed sheets, I had to pay extra for what should already be included. Rather than that Natia was great and very responsive.

Keti's Apartments offer a perfect stay for a ski trip—cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with direct access to Rooms Hotel and its restaurant, making dining convenient. Plus, it's a true ski-in/ski-out spot, right next to the chairlift for easy access to the slopes. Highly recommended!
