Quiet Apartment Close to the Beach

L'appartamento è uno spazioso seminterrato di circa 60mq a Mondello, composto da soggiorno con due aperture esterne, angolo cottura, camera da letto con finestra sul soggiorno e ventilatore a pale al soffitto, bagno con doccia e terrazzino esterno dove consumare i pasti. Il mare dista 12 minuti a piedi o 5 con le biciclette a disposizione dei nostri ospiti ( da versare soltanto una cauzione di euro 50,00 per bici, restituibili al rientro delle stesse in uguali condizioni della consegna ).

Terrace overlooking the sea and view of Etna

ALL INCLUDED. YOU WILL HAVE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS. The studio is located in front of the beach, on the Torre Archirafi seafront, has a separate entrance, and is surrounded by two large terraces, equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas, tables and surrounded by flower pots. In the large terraces you can read a book from our small library or sunbathe from March to October, enjoying the view of the sea and Mount Etna. If you cross the street, you will find a beautiful pebbled beach.

Beach house 2

House by the sea just 4 km from Cefalù and 1 km from S. Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled in the area, with rocks and gravel. The sea bed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges) . Simply put, the real house by the sea! The accommodation has AC and SmartTV with Netflix subscription in every room.
