An apartment designed for the enjoyment of its residents, with all the necessary amenities for a vacation experience in one of the most scenic areas of the wild coast of the Rías Altas in northern Galicia. Located in the town of Ortigueira, this apartment overlooks its estuary, close to beaches and exotic coves, within walking distance of a seaside promenade (restaurants, shops, bars), its town center, and its marina. A very bright apartment with spectacular views of the Ortigueira Estuary, its wide estuary, and the natural beauty of its changing seas. Carefully decorated with a sensitive personal style born of distant and exotic experiences, it offers its residents all the necessary comforts for a vacation experience after days of discovery, leisure, and a peaceful life, in one of the most scenic areas of the wild coast of the Rías Altas in northern Galicia. Pets are not allowed. This room requires a € 200.00 security deposit (your bank or credit card may charge a small fee for using the hold.). It will be collected separately by the room prior to your arrival or at check-in. The Security Deposit will be released after the Check-out (48h. after the Check-out day).

It has a spacious kitchen/living room with a French fireplace and a bathroom on the lower floor. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, this floor has access to the patio and access to the outside of the house, where there is a gazebo with a large gallery overlooking the estuary, equipped with a kitchen, barbecue, bathroom and a comfort area. Apartment with two bedrooms, a sofa with two beds and a sofa bed. Capacity for up to six people. Independent entrance, direct access to the garden and pool. All rooms face the outside. The property is not shared with other clients. Its owners live on the upper floor and take care of the exterior cleaning. Ideal for finding tranquility and privacy. It is located on a completely enclosed property. The pool and garden area are exclusively for guests and are not shared.

This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.
