Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Sierra Nevada

this place was easy to find and very quiet!!!!! we loved all the natural sun light!!!! we felt at home and the coffee provided was amazing!!!! Kira and Gryphon were wonderful host... and Lou was adorable!! look forward to staying there next time we are in town.

If you are staying anywhere in San Francisco, don’t want to worry about parking, or a grumpy host, this is the spot for you. Was a beautiful retreat for the weekend. The garden was very lovely too spend time in. Dawn was also an amazing host, she asked our preference for a welcome snack, which I would recommend the blueberry muffins, they were fantastic. She was available whenever needed and gave us ample privacy. If in the area stay at Dawns cozy apartment you won’t regret it!

The place was very roomy, Its like a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath duplex with a gas grill in the back and covered seating area. Felt very homey and comfortable. I didn’t realize there are dimmer switches on the overhead lights. A little lamp would be nice touch in the living room side table.

This airbnb was comfortable and cute. Our dogs loved it too. Location was great since it’s a 1 minute walk to the little downtown area. Beds are comfortable and place was cozy. It didn’t feel like a basement apartment since there was plenty of light. The only downsides: the kitchenette had almost no counter space for the simple cooking that can be done, and the flushing of the upstairs toilet was extremely loud and should be fixed.

Stephen was a gracious host and his place is a gem! His place is a cozy house in a lovely and quiet, yet convenient, San Francisco neighborhood. We had everything we needed, and transit and shopping was all just a close walk away. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was well appointed. Stephen was available when needed and was highly responsive. I highly recommend Stephen's place.

Roman was a very generous and kind landlord. he was prompt on everything I asked. he replaced my air conditioner when the old one wasn’t working. I was there during a heat wave which made it quite hot and the only other thing to note it’s very loud because the apartment building is next to a freeway. just FYI to any light sleepers. Laundry is $6 and takes quarters. Simple place, nothing fancy. Two great smart tvs.

I wanted a 420 place and I am so glad I found this gem. It was soo cute and I can't wait to come back! Only downfall for someone would be if you have a larger vehicle. Parking was a tad tight BUT that would'nt stop me I just know to rent the smaller car. The decor was soo cute and the kitchen was fully stock with items needed for cooking. Such a cute place!

Great communication from the host

We stayed at Katherine’s for a night en route from Oregon to Bishop. It was a cozy spot for the night in a good location-a close drive to a few of our favorite spots in Reno-the Patagonia Outlet and Food Coop. We were grateful to bring our dog and for the fenced yard. As well as for a high chair for our little guy. Katherine had great communication which made for an easeful stay. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our time here. Great spot to get away from the noise. The trail down to the waterfall being so close was a treat. Plenty of space for the pups too. Definitely want to come back

This was probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had! The place was PERFECT for a group, and it had everything you could possibly need (extra towels, tons of space for hanging, lots of games/activities). I really appreciated Sara Rose's prompt, helpful responses to my questions. The vintage charm was such a treat. I can't recommend this home enough!

This place is such a great place to stay. This is the second year in a row I have stayed here and it is so nice and is in a good location with a lot of great restaurants and is very clean. House has a great style. And the owner is always communicative and always accommodating. Highly recommended! I’ll be back next year :)

It was so beautiful and private! We sat on the back porch in the morning and tons of goats were walking around eating grass. Such a peaceful time. Just what we needed to get away from the city life.

Pros : quiet area. It was overall great for one week stay asking through the area. It was my first time booking a condo on Airbnb but it wasn’t any hassle , you can a parking pass and parking was abundant. The area is very car centric but Livermore center is close. The room was big - it’s a master bedroom. Cons : It would be better to have a freezer/fridge combo. Didn’t really like he sheet texture and the fragrances used in them. If you like TV, it’s there but tiny.

Lovely spot my family really enjoyed our trip. Everyone had something to do since there was so many activities to do!!

This is easily the most “epic” stay I have had through Airbnb. All of the amenities are exactly as described, and the fixtures are high quality, not just for show. Privacy in one of the most sought after neighborhoods, a very rare treat. The views in the area are fantastic Check in is smooth and secure and results in a key, which I always personally prefer. They even thought to ensure the gate system is setup to make it virtually impossible to accidentally lock yourself out. Plan to set some time aside after the hot tub and games, to examine the art 😍

Cathryn is an amazing host! Her nest is a great place to stay with amazing view. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfy, and the neighborhood is quiet. It is up in the hill but close to almost everything. Everything is just perfect during my stay, would definitely recommend to anyone who is planning to visit SF.

This space is one room (on 2 different levels). The lower level where you enter contains the king bed (very comfy), the tv, couch, and table for 2. Up a few stairs is the kitchen sink and counter and cabinets, bathroom vanity, shower stall, and toilet (which has a door for privacy). Heat is via a portable heater in the sleeping area, and a wall heater in the upper area. Both work just fine. You can hear footsteps upstairs but no other noise. The outdoor grill is charcoal. All in all, it is comfortable and has enough kitchen supplies for stovetop and microwave cooking. We would stay here again.

Park Paso is a true gem centrally located in close proximity to nearby restaurants and bars. We especially appreciate Anna’s proactive and timely communication and impeccable detailed information. Anna is a wonderful, kind, thoughtful host. Thanks for helping to make our long weekend getaway comfortable.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Austin’s place! He kindly recommended some coffee shops that we ended up visiting and was very pleasant to communicate with. Would gladly stay at his place again!
