We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

My family was very satisfied. The place was very clean and definitely looked like the photos here in airbnb. Would come back soon and would also recommend this to friends that will stay in Tagaytay :) Thanks to Miss Mabel and Sir kirk for being responsive to all of our queries. 10/10 :)

We we're assisted every step of the way, from the parking, the necessary forms to fill up prior to checking in, was informed personally on all the things we need to know about. We were truly wow-ed the moment we arrived — from the cozy lighting to the gorgeous interior design, everything was so relaxing and inviting. I was genuinely excited, and even my husband, who has very high standards and is quite picky, absolutely loved the place!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We honestly wanted to extend our stay for another 5 days, but sadly, it was already fully booked — that’s how amazing it is! I also appreciated that we could cook, as the kitchen was fully equipped with complete utensils and cookware. And can I just say, I even fell in love with their vacuum! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

We loved the place - spotless, spacious, comfortable and with an unbeatable view. Timothy was quick to respond and Ate Thaline took care of all our needs. Wish we stayed longer and already planning our nexr visit!

The place is described perfectly. What you see is what you get and it's not any less than cozy and home-y. This is an SMDC unit so don't expect a large room but Ms. May managed to make up for it by making it clean and nice to stay in. She is also very friendly, accommodated us whenever we asked for help, and made everything super smooth. Highly recommended for couples staying in tagaytay for a bit, but if you're bringing a car, the parking may be a little far from the unit (but this isn't the hosts fault as SMDC is known for having weird parking spaces anyway). But that's a small price to pay for a place as lovely as this and a host that is kind and responsive to their guests, and my GF and I had a great time. 10/10 would HEAVILY recommend and we will definitely come back.

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

It exceeded my expectations! The unit was clean, spacious and aesthetic. The best part for me was the view from the balcony, it was breathtaking! Free water is a plus too! The host was very accommodating and responds promptly. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely come back again.
