There is a French fireplace in the living room of the house. 2 double beds, 2 single beds and two people can stay very comfortably on the L-shaped sofa in the living room. Our pool is ecological. Our bungalow house is in the heart of the forest, at the point where the residential area, which is 5 km from the center of Ağva, meets the forest. The property is easy to access. It offers you a comfortable accommodation in nature with the breeze of oak, chestnut and linden trees, the smell of the forest, the sounds of birds and a unique view. It is 90 km from the center of Istanbul and 25 km from Şile, where you can escape from the busy life of the city and reach a unique and relaxing environment.

Tiny Ballıca is located within the borders of Ballıca Village, 15 mins from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Viaport Shopping Center and 5 mins from Intercity İstanbul Park. Being very close to the city makes it possible to get away from the crowd and meet with nature and calmness whenever you want. Our tiny house has an open kitchen, a double bedroom on the loft floor, a bathroom and has its own patio. With fireplace & air condition, the house is ideal for both summer and winter getaways.

(🎶 a mansion that feels like winter garden) We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

We tried to think about everything you might need to feel at home. The issue we act most sensitively to is cleaning. In addition to general cleaning, we disinfect our house with both ultraviolet light and high temperature steam in order to provide extra hygiene in today's conditions. We tried to color your environment with the furniture and accessories we produced ourselves. We took care to ensure naturalness and simplicity with wooden pieces.
