The biggest plus is that it's only 5 minutes to a lovely swimming lake. Ry offers cafés, restaurants and great shopping. Experience the beautiful nature of Søhøjland, or take the train directly to Aarhus and Silkeborg. In the garden, there are chickens and a greenhouse, which we hope we can get a helping hand with.

Welcome to a beautifully located newly built cottage of 70 m2 and annex of 20 m2 located in wild nature. The house is surrounded by 165 m2 raised terrace, and is located 30 meters from Mossø in the 2nd row, where you hear the waves crashing against the shore. From the terrace you can often see ducks, geese, herons, birds of prey, sparrows and other small birds. There is a common lake bed directly to Mossø of 1500m2 and with 50 metres of sandy waterfront. Here you can put your small boat, canoe, kayak, etc. and the fishing opportunities are really good.

The house is located on a hilltop surrounded by heather, blueberries and beautiful trees and the large covered terrace, which we use all year round. Here you can relax and be completely private. Enjoy the bird and animal life in the beautiful nature, which you can look at from all the windows of the house. It is 300 m down to a private cozy bathing area where you can swim, use kayaks, canoes and SUP boards

Private sandy beach and sauna

Beautiful home (year 2020) in a very unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The accommodation contains a sauna with a window to the water, from which you can really enjoy the view of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

The cottage has an original kitchen, bathroom and large bright living room overlooking Julsø and Himmelbjerget. 2 bedrooms with double beds. In the basement there are also 4 sleeping pads for those who are not afraid of spiders and basement smells. Own bridge to Julsø. Access to two kayaks and a rowboat. So cottages with older comfort and limited insulation. Don't expect modern standards, but fantastic views and firewood in the shed.

New Funkis villa located by the lakes in Sejs-Svejbæk. With a private jetty and terrace by the water, where you can swim, launch kayaks (free loan) or go paddleboarding.
