Holiday rentals with beach access in Silvi

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

A terrace that is one of a kind, fully equipped with a great view over the beach and the ocean, modern kitchen with everything you need (including coffee that was provided :)), comfortable beds and restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance - I really enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave. The whole house is clean and friendly and communication with Pierino is easy and very friendly as well.

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Tisha and Marco are incredible hosts. Their beach apartment is beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. Air conditioning in the rooms is a nice break from the hot sun. Montesilvano is a breathtaking beach town. It’s relaxed, everyone bikes around, and we felt very safe with our 2 young kids. They especially loved the bunk beds in the apartment! And on top of that you’re 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and 3 minutes from an incredible gelato and coffee shop. Take advantage of the pedestrian walkway. I would not hesitate to book here if staying in Montesilvano!

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. Unforgettable vacation with fantastic sea views! We had the pleasure of spending 9 days in this wonderful place and are thrilled! The hosts are extremely discreet and make you feel right at home. If there are any problems, they respond incredibly quickly and find solutions immediately. The view of the sea is simply fantastic. In addition, the property is only about 10 minutes by car from beautiful beaches that can be found in the area. In just 10 minutes' walk you can reach the picturesque village of Montepagano. We highly recommend this place and look forward to our next visit!

We spent a week at Giulia's apartment and we appreciated the tasteful design and especially the beautiful garden we shared with her family and other guests, very peaceful and over-looking the sea (which is very close by) so that we "forgot" the close road below it. We really appreciated Giulia's and her family friendliness and warm hospitality as well as the precious recommendations they gave about places to visit and to eat.

We stayed in 4 boys plus a little girl on New Year's Eve, we were with God. Mr. Martino who welcomed us was very kind, he let us stay even a few more hours having arrived late in the evening after work… the house is really nice and with all the comforts! ❤️ thank you very much.

We stayed one night in Chiara's house, everything was perfect, cleanliness and communication. The new place is in a great location on the waterfront and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Chiara is an excellent host, I hope to return to this facility again.
