Welcome to our apartment in Montesilvano, just a short walk from the sea! 🌊 A comfortable and well-maintained space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coast. The flat is bright, cosy and thought out down to the last detail, making it ideal for a couple or a family with 1–2 children. One of the main advantages is the location: you can walk to the sea in a few minutes, and there are cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. We will be happy to host you and are always on hand if you need anything.

Spend a fantastic vacation by the sea, in a spacious two-room apartment equipped with every comfort, with a balcony from which you can see the sea that accompanies the entire two-room apartment, which can be accessed from every room. Everything is included in the rate of the stay. We also have a reserved parking space inside the condominium.
